2.         Rough floor plans
3.         A site plan/survey (see what the County mapping department              has, or the water supplier, the City Planning office,  the assessor, or even Google Maps)    
4.         Sign up for one of our Design Studios;
5.          We will see what ideas people come up with for new uses,        sprucing up the place, or maybe even some types of potential types of buyers or renters.

The cost is modest. The results may not be.
