JOIN US as we learn from the struggles fought on and around these lands, the 12 Missouri) and 29 Kansas counties that make up the Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area. http://www.freedomsfrontier.org

JOIN US as we plan how the Kansas City Airport can be a focal point for memorializing and honoring the sacrifices, made by slave owners and slaves, Native Americans, and settlers, which are such an important a part of United States history.

Please join with us as we review the planning issues, think about the need to restore the heritage, while enabling airport development to proceed rapidly.

To do your significant contribution, you may become a part of the professional planning team, follow along as an interested observor, participate as a government official with regulatory responsibilty, represent an airline or building tenant at the airport, be a descendant of one of the 4,000 Platte County slaves or the several hundred plantation owners, or simply be a citizen interested in playing a role in finally settling the Civil War along the Missouri and Kansas border.
